Terms of Service
These terms cover the Fusion Games website and the games on it, and Fusion Pass, the optional paid subscription. By playing or subscribing you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Who we are

2. The games
The games are free to play in your browser. We may add, change, pause or retire games at any time. Your progress is stored in your own browser and can be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices; we don't currently sync it.
3. Accounts
An account is just an email address. There is no password: we email you a sign-in link (sent through Resend, our email provider) that works once and for 15 minutes. You are responsible for the security of that inbox. You must be 13 or older to create an account (16 or older where your local law requires it).
4. Fusion Pass
- Fusion Pass is a subscription that unlocks extra features (for example endless mode, the daily archive and hard mode) in every game. Features may change over time.
- Prices are shown at checkout: currently $2.99 per month or $23.99 per year, plus any tax that applies. It renews automatically until you cancel.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- You can cancel at any time from your account page ("Manage billing"). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the Pass until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds: if something is wrong, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll sort it out. Otherwise payments are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.
- We may grant complimentary access at our discretion.
5. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We email you a link to confirm; when you open it we cancel any Fusion Pass, delete your billing customer at Stripe and delete our record of you. This cannot be undone and we don't refund the remaining part of a paid period unless the law requires it.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attack, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service, share sign-in links, or use the games for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
7. Our content
The games, names, art and code are ours (or licensed to us). You may play them and share links and screenshots; you may not copy or redistribute the games themselves.
8. No warranty and limits on liability
The service is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or bug-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email before they take effect. [Governing law and venue to be chosen by the owner.]
